Welcome to our organisation, our focus is on bringing a holistic approach to ageing. Our seminars run by Jo-Anne Baker and Esmé Holmes, will evaluate your lifestyle and explore how you can balance general wellness with your physical, mental and spiritual approach to life.
We draw on positive psychological theory and empirical research related to health, longevity and quality of life. The area of Physical Wellness concentrates on diet, nutrition and exercise. Mental Wellness focuses on intellectual stimulation and work, emotional responsiveness and management, sense of worth. The final Wellness and Spirituality relates to belief systems with spiritual self-identity, meditation, relaxation and self-hypnosis.
